Last night a family friend got seriously ill and could have died. Needless to say, it was a scary experience. But God is good, and all through the night this hymn was going through my mind, and it helped me remember that God is supreme through everything and no matter what happened He is our “Mighty Fortress.” The friend is stable now, and we are all so thankful.
